If you would like to develop your own design, you can follow below steps:
send your photo, original sample or draft to us, include size chart and detail requirement.
we analyze you design, reseach the suitable fabric base on the design.
Created pattern, cut, sew mock up and fit on dummy.
Add embellishment, such as beaded, appliqued, hot fix rhinestone
once the sample finished, we do iron, review fitting and shape, take photo for your approval and send it out.
The products always do 5 inspections throught whole production.
1, Shrink and check the fabric before cutting, find out the damage and make sure the clothes shape won't shrink when sewing.
2, After cut fabric, check the cut-parts before sewing.
3, QC check semi- finished products when sewing.
4. Clean the thread and check if there is any damage during sewing.
5, Finally, we check measurements after iron. Than pack them as client's requirement.

The normal package is fold, 1unit per polybag, than soild color and soild size in a carton.
